We will send you an order Acknowledgement of Request email detailing the products you have ordered. Please be aware that this response is not an ‘Order Confirmation’ nor ‘Order Acceptance’ by MARTLOUNGE
‘Acceptance of Order’ acceptance of your order will take place only when we have advised you of the full payment required and you have made the correct and full payment into our designated Bank account and the funds have ‘cleared’
‘Completion of Contract’ the contract between you and us will take place only when confirmation of successful delivery (or collection where applicable) is received by MARTLOUNGE
We do not hold details of your order for subsequently access directly through the website. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your records. This website is only for delivery of products to addresses of customers supplied with the Order Request We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. All goods must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery Information section and also when we send you Acknowledgement of Request we will advise you of delivery costs We make every effort to ensure delivery of goods within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors MARTLOUNGE accepts no liability for any unforeseen delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Without exception Payment in full must be received and cleared to our bank before any order can be actioned by MARTLOUNGE
The price you pay for the goods is the price displayed by your chosen retailer website at the time we receive your order Exceptions apply:

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure however we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you

The Contract between us shall be governed by the appropriate laws of Great Britain and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the court of said country. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Refunds and Returns
Whilst we hope you'll enjoy using you ordered goods, we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something we have bought on your behalf. Under no circumstances does MARTLOUNGE take or accept any liability concerning product returns or refunds. Neither do we take or accept any form of liability for the quality or otherwise of any goods ordered by or delivered to you.
Your options with regards to faulty items are limited to your chosen supplier’s and manufacturer’s warranty subject to terms and conditions with regards to the purchased goods. We will be willing to provide any form of support to make this possible. In general, you are advised to send such goods to our registered address (at your own cost, which includes shipping costs to the manufacturers or suppliers), subject to the supplier’s or manufacturers terms and conditions and not less than a month before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty on the item/s and we will endeavour to send this for an administrative charge that you will be advised of beforehand.
However, we recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries with the supplier
If the product is faulty
Subject to your chosen supplier’s or manufacturer’s terms and conditions, If you ship the product back to us at our registered office address (at your own cost), not more than 30 days before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty with your proof of purchase*, we would help ship it to the suppliers at an administrative charge plus the cost of shipping of which you will be advised beforehand.
Can I add to an existing order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm by payment and therefore complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items to the same order. If you’d like to order additional items, then you would have to place a new order.
When will my order be delivered?
Most items have their delivery dates within 7 working days from the time the order is delivered to our office address in the UK by your chosen supplier. However if your chosen supplier delivers to our UK address in three days, you can expect to receive your orders within a total of 10 days inclusive. Please see Delivery Information for more details.
* If you had your item delivered, your order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging counts as your receipt/proof of purchase. This does not apply to personalized items or those made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and cosmetics that, because of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines
To exercise this option, you can email us or phone us (see Contact Us for details) not more than one month before the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must return unused.
To cancel an order you have already placed with MARTLOUNGE.com you can email us or phone us (see contact us for details) within 24 hours of submission of your requests to us. As long as we have not placed the order or we can still cancel it with the supplier, we shall return your payment to you. However, should we incur any charges in the process such cost shall be passed onto you. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. However, if the cancellation is due to stock unavailability or a failure on our part, payment made for particular transactions shall be refunded in full and at no cost to you whatsoever.
